The way you will factory reset the Ooma Linx device depends on the model of your device: It your model Linx device has a reset button on the bottom of the unit, press and hold the button. If the device does not have a reset button, plug it in.

Why is my Ooma Telo blinking red?

If it is flashing red, that means your Ooma is not working yet. Check to make sure that your phone is correctly plugged into the PHONE port on the back of your Ooma Telo Base Station or Phone Genie.
